*** $2000-$3000 Commitment Bonus Available!! *** Dickinson Center, Inc . has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. Dickinson Center, Inc. is a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million. DCI is currently ready to hire an Intensive Outpatient Clinician/Crossroads Partial Hospitalization Program Caseworker . The Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Clinician facilitates group, individual and family therapy for children and adolescents. The IOP Clinician also collaborates with other service providers, school personnel and Intermediate Unit staff to ensure quality care. The IOP Clinician delivers behavior interventions to children and adolescents to promote academic success. Caseworkers at Crossroads Partial Hospital Program provide leadership, direction, and motivation to children and adolescents at Crossroads, and implement and monitor daily behavior and progress toward Individualized Treatment Plans. Caseworkers at Crossroads plan, develop, organize and facilitate group therapy daily and individual and family therapy as needed. Caseworkers are responsible for clinical documentation as required by regulatory agencies. Education Bachelor's degree in social services field. Has a bachelor's degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the CHEA in a recognized clinical discipline including social work, psychology, nursing, rehabilitation or activity therapies. Master's degree in social services field. Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum Experience Experience working with children, adolescents and families preferred. Certifications & Licenses Valid driver's license.
