Summary Grants come in all shapes and sizes and we apply for them all - from the simple one-page applications, to story-rich proposals, to multi-year federal contracts. We are looking for someone to oversee all proposal submissions and to personally lead the submission and monitoring of the more complex and technical applications. Excellent writing skills, ability to follow pedantic directions, comfort handling a budget spreadsheet, excellent time management, ability to delegate, and comfort in a variety of clunky digital interfaces are all required. Creativity in this constrained environment is a considerable plus. This position will work closely with all Program Directors and other Fund Development staff on the fulfillment of key funding opportunities, supporting successful prioritization, match-making funding opportunities with current needs, and helping others develop budgets that cover both direct and indirect programming costs. This position reports to the Fundraising Director. Additionally, this position will support Program Directors in monitoring financial spending and reimbursements as compared to budget forecasts on a regular basis. This is a full time position with a minimum of 32 hours/week.
