They use flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and multitasking to make sure we have the materials needed to get the job done including kitting, labelling, and trimming parts, and reviewing jobs to identify issues before it slows us down. Our Material Handlers rarely operate a fork truck or lift . They use our ERP system so basic computer skills as well as a GED or High School diploma is a must.
