The L&D team sit within the Operate Function, which is charged with accelerating Janssen UK performance through process improvement and service delivery. Role Purpose To lead the coordination, administration and promotion of L&D events for Janssen UK. This role is responsible for supporting the Learning & Development Managers with the critical product, therapy and skills training for new sales representatives. You will be integral in supporting the L&D team to deliver their business plan commitments and to the team's success. Key Role Responsibilities: Product & therapy & Skills training Partner with internal and external collaborators to plan dates and coordinate logistics for L&D skills training offerings and communicate these details.
