As a Sales Representative, you will conduct sales activities and are engaged in developing and implementing strategies and tactical plans that achieves CBM Aggregates' sales and marketing goals. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Serve as a role model in the areas of leadership, teamwork, customer focus, continuous improvement, safety, and environmental stewardship aligned with the company's policies and critical success factors Assist in the development and implementation of market strategies that not only meet customer needs but also balances with production capacities, inventories and costs Ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations Assist in the development of the business plans and annual sales targets that satisfy customer requirements for on-time delivery of high-quality products Maintain sales budget and expenses within company defined limits Provide supervision and direction.
