The Headlines : In the role of Category Insights Manager – Retail Canada West. you will be part of the Marketing Activation and Customer Solutions team. You will lead the regional category insights & execution team to develop critical insights and solutions for their assigned chain account(s) to grow the size and the value of the customer's beer category, while capturing a disproportionate share of growth. This position reports to the Sr. Customer Solutions Manager and is based out of Toronto. The Responsibilities: Build effective collaborative relationships key stakeholders internally and externally to maximize existing and new opportunities through category & shopper data-led insights. Create the framework and provide thought leadership for turning consumer/shopper and category insights into integrated selling story, category, and business reviews. Sets the Joint Business Team strategy with our customers aligning Molson resources against Customer needs in a way that drives mutual growth. Most importantly, you will lead a team of 5 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
