Job Title Senior 3D Generalist Designer and Creative Salary £35,000 per annum Hours On-premises 08:00 16.30 Mon Thurs (15.30 Fridays) Benefits Annual Bonus Pension Standard Employer Contribution 25 days of Holidays plus bank holidays Free car parking As a Senior full-time on-site 3D Graphics Designer and Creative you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand through innovative and compelling 3D designs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience and elevates the brand's presence in the sports industry. This position requires a seasoned creative professional with an eye for detail, and a demonstrated ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually stunning graphics. A passion for sports is also a nice to have. Responsibilities Generate creative concepts and design 3D graphics for various marketing collateral, including advertisements, product packaging, and promotional materials. Create high-quality 3D models and animations for product launches, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing, product design, and digital teams to understand project requirements and deliver visually impactful designs. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering their professional growth and development. Requirements Professional experience in 3D graphics design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual content. A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of 3D design projects, including examples of branding, product visualization, and animation. Expertise in industry-standard 3D design software such as Octane, Cinema 4D, or Premier Pro, Red Shift would also be an advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is also required...
