About the Role: My client is seeking a City Lead based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager. This full-time role involves overseeing our Berlin and Hamburg sites, managing the local team, and spearheading sales, customer service, and operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with robust management experience, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player committed to achieving excellence. They should possess a proactive mindset, taking responsibility for driving improvements. Understanding professional environments and adapting accordingly is crucial. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop sales, community, and operations teams. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to enhance business performance. Ensure smooth operations across Berlin branches alongside the Operations Manager. Maintain high customer satisfaction and NPS results through local community managers. Act as the point of contact for corporate matters between the German market and HQ. Monitor budgets, KPIs, and market performance while working closely with various HQ stakeholders. Foster the brand through PR efforts, events, and collaboration with the Marketing department. Requirements: Experience leading teams and managing business units 4+ years. Background in sales and/or customer service 3+ years. International work experience is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred. Strong communication skills in English and German.
