Job Title: Corporate and TMC Sales Manager Location: Brussels Belgium Salary: Competitive Salary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Corporate and TMC Sales Manager to take charge of generating and managing sales opportunities in the Corporate including MICE and Travel Management Company TMC markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective turnover of business and maintaining exceptional service delivery standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead all sales-related activities, fostering long-term customer relationships to achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth. Achieve room and catering sales objectives within the Corporate and TMC segments. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and maintain consistent engagement via Customer Relationship Management. Identify, solicit, and secure new accounts through various sales methods, negotiation of contracts, and RFP handling. Assist in group sales promotions and provide support for conversion activities of the reactive sales team. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare necessary reports for internal use. Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, industry meetings, and FAM Trips. Collaborate closely with operational departments to execute strategies effectively at the property level. Collaborate with the Global Sales Office to ensure alignment with hotel expectations and performance. Act as a brand ambassador for the hotel, maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Requirements: Action-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales results. Passionate about sales and hospitality services with exceptional networking skills. Positive attitude and effective communication abilities. Demonstrated sales hunter mentality and negotiation skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently. Fluency in English, French, and Dutch; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous. Strong understanding of Corporate and TMC. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
