Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our Facilities Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us: Manage the delivery of all hard and soft services operations at our client site Manage direct reports by providing technical guidance, leadership, motivation, and support to team members including supervisors, coordinators, skilled and semi-skilled workers Develop and implement work schedules for all subordinates to ensure proper workload and coverage of site requirements with respect to client operations Lead Joint Health and Safety Committee as management leader Promote compliance and application of QHSE and other federal, provincial, and municipal laws, codes, and regulations Oversee the onboarding of all new hires and implementation of required trainings Facilitate the procurement and training of third-party suppliers and implementation of a performance monitoring and evaluation reporting model Provide technical and administrative support to client capital asset and infrastructure project development and delivery Manage budgetary needs, monitor expenditures and take corrective action when needed Provide monthly reporting of all service deliverables key performance metrics Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationship with client, staff, and vendors Perform all other duties as may be assigned by the Regional Operations Manager Think you have what it takes.
