This role is based out of our office in Stellarton, Nova Scotia Here’s where you’ll be focusing: As an IT Operations Analyst with Sobeys, you will: Have a key role in the monitoring and daily execution of enterprise work loads. Analyze and liaise with IT support groups and vendors to resolve issues affecting IT services. Conduct inspections, monitor and report on the state of data center infrastructure. Participate in and report on infrastructure tests related to the data center. Monitor servers and applications across the enterprise using observability tools. Report on alerts and events using ITSM tools. Update the IT Operations procedural library as directed; This may include the creation, refinement, and publication of IT Operations and data centre standards and procedures.
