Get started! Division Information PACCAR Leasing (PLC) Pac Lease provides customers with value-added transportation services and premium-quality Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF vehicles. Requisition Summary The Lead Technician helps direct the maintenance/service team for revenue-producing and service vehicles, as well as shop equipment, for a designated shift. Additionally, the position assists with completing repair work, assigning work and supervising work produced by Technicians for quality, timeliness, and repair accuracy. Job Functions / Responsibilities Perform diagnostic inspections on general truck-tractor systems. Perform preventative maintenance inspection of truck-tractor components. Perform repairs to truck-tractor components. Ensure that work performed is properly recorded on shop repair orders, including time, parts, tires, and material. Complete the required paperwork to reflect hours, parts, and lube utilized within each job function.
