Responsibilities: Installation of EV Charger systems smart, wall / pole mounted, DC/AC, commercial Troubleshooting of EV Chargers and communication systems Interacting daily with clients and suppliers by phone, email and in person Making sure that the work you conduct is always done on time and that all relevant paperwork is completed Manage incoming materials, especially chargers Training/supervision of sub-contractor electricians who install our solutions Technical Support of EV Charging systems via phone, Teams, on-site inspection/fix and email Communicating any issues and status updates to customers and internal functions on time Delivering excellent customer service levels at all times alongside support from our team and manufacturers Requirements: Electrical installation experience is essential min. 3-5 years Customer service and IT experience essential Effective communication skills both verbal and written Work on own initiative, always strive for a solution Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Flexible and reliable, a team player able and willing to learn and grow with the.
