Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer Contract Role: 10-months - February through November 2024 Reporting to: Manager, Events Compensation: $25/hour based on 35 hours per week Job Overview: The Philanthropy team at Jays Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays, is seeking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer for the period of February to November 2024. Reporting to the Manager, Events, the Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual content, graphics, and artwork for donor-facing events, and communications. This new role will provide crucial support within both the Philanthropy and Marketing & Communications departments, and it requires a blend of design skills, creativity, and strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Graphic design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a wide range of digital and print materials, including websites, fundraising platforms, social media, event programs, signage, posters, grant applications, award applications, donor/partner stewardship reports, organizational newsletters and more.
