We are looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our team! What you will do… Input and maintain sales booking orders across various systems (Static and Digital). Assist in the creation of Programmatic PMP deals. Manage setup, pacing, inventory and reporting of ad campaigns on our OOH Ad Serving platform. Review and QA campaign details and ad creative to ensure they comply with specifications. Coordinate with sales, client, editorial and other departments for set-up and implementation of display and video ad campaigns. Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure client’s targets are met successfully and troubleshoot as needed. Provide campaign insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive strategy. Maintain accurate venue inventory details in our software. Help with ordering of print materials (banners, decals, etc. ) Work closely with colleagues to share learnings and improve internal process Operate within the Rogers Sports & Media sales guidelines and uphold Rogers values. What you will bring… You have a good understanding of digital advertising, familiarity with ad servers (Hivestack a preference) Experience in companywide ERP/CRM media software is required (experience in Ayuda is an asset) Experience in digital campaign scheduling and trafficking Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, works well with others Experience in Operative One or other sales/contract management systems.
