As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Administrator to support with the administration of a busy people department including managing employee data and electronic files, onboarding, and working with our people platforms to ensure that our colleagues receive a seamless journey. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager you will be the first point of call for all colleague enquiries and support managers with day to day admin processes. This is an ideal role for someone who is looking for an exciting role within a fast paced environment and who has a passion for people and culture. Who we are looking for Someone who is excited about a career within People and Culture and looking to learn and grow. Experience in an operational hospitality role would be preferred. Someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional people experience with keen attention to detail. An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic. You will need to be resilient and inquisitive with excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to colleagues at all levels within the business. Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines. Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking. Benefits.
