Headway Workforce Solutions in partnership with Hickory Farms is seeking outgoing people who are friendly and customer service oriented for great opportunities in local mall locations! Positions start between late October and November, continuing until the end of December. Health Insurance, Weekly Pay, Competitive Pay Rates, 30% Employee Discount Store Team Leaders 35 hour a week seasonal leadership positions overseeing 1 Hickory Farms location. Must have management experience, good communication, organization, leadership and training skills; sales experience preferred. Must be willing to work mall hours, including nights and weekends. All positions require standing, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Responsible for eliminating or minimizing inventory loss and stocking the kiosk as needed Ensure that all associates, including himself/herself, are actively sampling and selling at all times and that budgeted sales are met or exceeded. Ensure compliance as it pertains to employee on-boarding, I9 policies and workers comp policies. Assistant Team Leaders Part-time seasonal leadership positions assisting with the Management of Hickory Farms location..
