My client, a global leader in the Hygiene market, are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join their team in Newhaven. As the IT Systems Administrator based in Newhaven you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of the Systems, networks, and Servers. My client, a global leader in the Hygiene market, are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join their team in Newhaven. As the IT Systems Administrator based in Newhaven you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security and efficiency of the Systems, networks, and Servers. The Ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work within an existing team. You will also collaborate closely with the IT Support team, actively assisting in the resolution of escalated IT Support tickets and contributing your expertise to diagnose highly technical issues. Main responsibilities for the IT Systems Administrator based in Newhaven: Administering, monitoring, and maintaining the companies IT infrastructure. Assisting the IT Support team in managing the companies client-side devices, including desktop PC’s, laptops, mobile phones and tablets. Managing system development projects. Maintaining IT Systems across multiple sites, including UK, Spain, Germany, and USA. Providing user training when introducing new Systems. Knowledge/Experience for the IT Systems Administrator based in Newhaven: 5+ years’ experience in an IT Support or Service desk environment. Good working knowledge of Microsoft services, including Office 365, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. A strong understanding of Share Point online, Teams and One Drive. Citrix Virtual Desktops.
