About the role As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Boston Scientific's mission, providing high-end clinical support during the launch of the POLARx Cryo Balloon for AF Ablation and the Rhythmia Mapping System. Collaborate with our dynamic team to ensure successful product adoption across hospitals in Ontario. Boston Scientific is a leading provider of innovative Cardiac devices, committed to transforming patient care. Our cutting-edge products play a vital role in advancing cardiovascular health. Join us in making a difference! Your responsibilities will include: Provide expert clinical support on the full EP portfolio, focusing on POLARx and Rhythmia. Act as the primary contact for Boston Scientific customers in the territory, offering on-site support. Collaborate with Territory Managers to achieve sales targets and manage the defined territory strategically. Conduct education and training sessions on POLARx, Rhythmia, and related products for healthcare professionals and clinical center personnel. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and targeted customers, ensuring high-quality clinical support. Educating customers on product merits through presentations and demonstrations. Providing commercial support, troubleshooting, and product support. Performing clinical research and participating in case reviews and observations. Meeting with clients to identify.
