Job Description Kindly be advised that we will be accepting resumes throughout December and commencing candidate evaluations in early January 2024. The Organizational Change Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Change and Deployment. As an initial assignment, the incumbent will work closely with the Fleet Electrification Program and Operations teams. This individual will be a key member of the EV Program Team, driving the program’s take-to-company strategy into the business. The Organizational Change Manager will work closely with key business stakeholders to successfully implement key initiatives and processes into our business (I. e. Operations, Fleet, Sustainability and other cross functional teams). They will lead a take-to-company team by coordinating change management, deployment planning, training, internal communications and other required activities to ensure successful pilot, rollout and stabilization. By working with Terminal Operations on-site and remotely, observing processes, and soliciting feedback, they will be responsible to advocate for Operations, bringing concerns and ideas to the project team to incorporate into future requirements and solution development.
