Posting - 22 August 2023 Title of job: Territory Manager - Suspended Access - Canada Country: CAN Location/City: Toronto Job category: Sales and Product Services Reports to: Todd Lyon Last date to apply: Job Purpose DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES The Employee shall be employed in the capacity of Territory Manager and will be responsible for coordinating sales efforts within APSR, APSR is defined as the following: Canada. The Employee will report directly to the National Sales Manager (NSM) - Access or appropriately designed manager of the department. The Territory Manger will accomplish the following tasks within their assigned APSR (Area of Prime Sales Responsibility) ◼ In conjunction with the NSM establish sales goals by each product group, customer segmentation and specific targeted accounts. ◼ Establish working relationship with dealer personnel and direct accounts to accomplish the assigned sales goals, ◼ Personally, target and follow specific accounts, established in conjunction with the NSM. Focus on pre-defined customers or markets segments with-in the assigned territory. ◼ Travel within the territory in the amount of 50% + of the time. Within the travel commitment 50% + of the total travel time must be spent with direct and end user and dealer development. ◼ Increase sales penetration and product recognition in the Rental and Scaffold niche market segments that are assigned as targeted projects. ◼ Manage existing customers and to grow the existing dealer accounts. ◼ Increase sales of new products in those territories. ◼ Quote standard product line using pre-established and new pricing policy. ◼ Establish a communication channel with the Rentals sales representatives to maintain product knowledge and updated with the introduction of new products. ◼ Advise on the development of new products that will enable Tractel to expand its product offerings. ◼ Inform and provide market information concerning products, competitors, and market.
