Quality Manager – Maritimes Permanent, full-time position in one of the Atlantic Canada Hatch’s offices as part of the Project Delivery Team (PDC). Your responsibilities: The Quality Manager is a key member of the Atalntic Canada Management Team. This function reports directly to the ECA Regional Quality Manager functionally and to the Director of the Hatch office hierarchically. · Establish the quality management program for the Atlantic Canada offices (active projects, proposals, internal and external audits, ISO 9001 Management Review); · Support the Hatch team for the effective implementation of quality assurance and quality control activities in the Maritimes offices and on construction sites; · Prepare and maintain the project's Quality Plans; · Participate in the preparation of the quality section of the proposals; · Plan, prepare and conduct internal audits as set out in the annual audit program; · Prepare audit reports and distribute.
