The Role: As an AV Technician, you will be logging incidents via CRM, managing support tickets, and providing real-time on-site support. Duties: Conducting daily room checks and ad-hoc testing. Offering first/second-line support and workaround solutions for critical issues. Providing meeting support for clients needing assistance with audio/video conferencing connections. Setting up and dismantling ad hoc meeting rooms, including AV equipment, projectors, and microphones. Troubleshooting Audio Visual and Video Conferencing issues. Managing Return Merchandise Authorisations RMAs with internal operations and manufacturers. Collaborating with sales for new customer requirements and overseeing consumables & stock holding of onsite spares. Requirements: Previously worked as an AV Technician or in a similar role. Minimum 2 years of experience in Audio Visual Support. SC Clearance is essential. Experience with Crestron and IPTV. AVIXA CTS certification. Preferred Right to work in the UK.
