Job Duties & Responsibilities, include but not limited to: Respond to customer telephone inquiries with confidence and professionalism, utilizing the tools and resources at your disposal. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer concerns. Resolve issues by asking clarifying questions, determining the root cause, and explaining the best solution. Expedite corrections and ensure timely follow-ups to guarantee resolutions. Ensure accurate and meticulous data entry to uphold the highest standards of quality. Proactively make recommendations for improvements or changes that benefit our clients and enhance operational efficiencies.
