The Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee support staff, organise client care, and manage office responsibilities to uphold service excellence and client contentment. Responsibilities: Supervise carer allocation for efficiency using call monitoring systems. Collaborate with the office team to maintain updated client records, electronic and handwritten. Participate in the rotational on-call schedule. Requirements: Previously worked as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role. Background in care with Health and Social Care qualifications. Full driving license. Right to work in the UK.
