As a Loader Operator, You Will: Load winter works fleet with salt and sand in a safe and efficient manner Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, complete maintenance records and daily equipment log Perform daily maintenance and associated maintenance records Complete WOR records original copies Maintain yard cleanliness Other duties as required What You'll Bring: Previous Loader Experience, required Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment in a safe and efficient manner Previous experience in winter works operations an asset Mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance, considered an asset Team player, with effective communication skills Dependable and reliable Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions Willingness to learn and appreciate company values - Safety, Quality, and Integrity so we can continue “Building Greatness” Miller is proud to provide this unique career opportunity, we offer continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package.
