The Role: They now require a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive / Paralegal to undertake services to clients in relation to family law matters. You will conduct matters on behalf of clients and should be able to undertake advocacy in the family court. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer, Legal Executive, Paralegal or in a similar role Experience in all aspects of family law. Ideally, you should have 5 years' PQE experience realising departmental targets.
