Sought is a Practice Group Co-ordinator within their central London hub to oversee a small team of Secretaries who provide pivotal support to the firm's fee earners. We have taken instruction on an outstanding opportunity from a long established and formidable IP practice who act on behalf of many of the world’s most innovative and successful companies. Sought is a Practice Group Co-ordinator within their central London hub to oversee a small team of Secretaries who provide pivotal support to the firm’s fee earners. Whilst you will take on some secretarial duties, this role requires someone who is naturally diplomatic with impeccable management skills. Your responsibilities include advising, guiding, mentoring and coaching the team where necessary. You will closely monitor workloads to ensure that everyone has a balanced and achievable workload and is therefore successful in providing the best support to fee earners and clients alike. Identifying training requirements, sharing feedback and ensuring that new team members are supported are also hugely important duties.
