French Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Resort Salary: 36,000 USD plus gratuities Location: The Caribbean Perks: 14,000 accommodation allowance, air fare, relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, benefits and more Our client is an award-winning hotel group based in the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for Restaurant Managers who are French Nationals to work at one of their beautiful all-inclusive properties in either Barbados, Bahamas or Grenada The Company: Global Brand with over 20 resorts in 7 different countries All-inclusive 4- and 5-star resorts High standards that go above and beyond to deliver the ultimate guest experience Award winning name that is recognized around the globe Responsibilities: Daily operations of the restaurant Manage and motivate a team of approx. 20 staff Manage restaurant financials and P&LStaff scheduling Maintaining brand standards Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience The Ideal Candidate: French passport holder Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team High volume background Great career stability Can easily relocate You will need a work permit to be able to work in the Caribbean. The company will assist you with this process however please note that you will need to provide a criminal record / background check, notarised copies of your passport and certificates / qualifications as well as a reference letter from a previous employer.
