ABOUT THE ROLE As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Retail, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing data-driven recruiting strategies in support of retail business objectives for the Canada retail teams. You will be responsible for leading your team in achieving recruiting goals, establishing, and iterating on processes that create efficiencies, ensuring we create a best-in-class candidate experience and continue to hire top talent for our stores and store leadership. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the talent acquisition landscape, has helped grow and develop recruiting functions, and isn’t afraid to roll-up their sleeves and dig in. WHAT YOU'LL DO Hiring Top Talent: Oversee proactive talent planning – pipelining for field leadership, district and regional field leaders. Building a strong talent pipeline to satisfy current and future hiring needs. Partner with the appropriate field leaders to develop and deliver recruitment strategy Introduce efficiencies by identifying any recruitment gaps and introducing any recruitment vendors/technologies. Responsible for influencing the organization’s recruitment activities to ensure a consistent candidate experience leveraging technology, innovation, backssment tools, best practices and appropriate training for recruiters and hiring managers Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate and incorporate diversity & inclusion throughout the candidate experience into.
