Cluster Sales Manager – Hotel Group Location: Offices based in Dublin Salary: Competitive salary – bonus and great benefits We are looking for an experienced Hotel Sales Manager / Cluster Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager to join this Group in their Dublin team. With a mix of Leisure and Corporate segmentation you will have for objectives to drive the hotels revenue by effectively selling the various services the hotels offer within the local area, National and International market. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales plan alongside the Director of Sales and Marketing Drive and co-ordinate all sales activity to maximise revenue from existing accounts at hotel, national and international level. Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies. Negotiating corporate and MICE agreements ; assisting with RFPs as necessary Seeking out and attracting corporate group business Assist in the building and managing relationships with DMCs; any key local provider and key Tour Operators. Creating and implementing sales strategy for meeting & events Develop competitive package and up-selling technique to maximise revenue and sales Generate and convert new business leads Communicate regularly with the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Managers customers feedback, problems encountered, sales information, competitor knowledge, pricing strategies and any other key data that may affect the business. To liaise with all other key division to maximise revenue and communicate any sales related information. Be an ambassador in Trade Shows and other exhibition The ideal candidate for this position: Current experience in similar position within the hotel industry Dublin experience as a commercial specialist is a must Relevant degree in Sales or Hospitality as well as 3-5 year sales experience Hotel revenue management knowledge a bonus Have a strong commercial outlook on sales and revenue,.
