Location: Hillel Lodge - 10 Nadolny Sachs Private, Ottawa, ON Status: Full Time Wage: $25.64/ Hour Benefits: Available after probationary waiting period Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience within the same or similar role in healthcare and/or Long-Term Care settings is preferred Diploma or Certification with an Accredited College or a combination of experience and training as a building technician in building operations Experience using tools of the trade i. e. hand tools, power tools, electrical testers, etc Strong computer skills and quick learner for using preventative maintenance software applications and other relevant programs Knowledge of best practice for the preventative and corrective maintenance of building systems, machinery, and equipment Experience working with building systems and equipment - HVAC, Boilers, Domestic Hot Water systems, plumbing, electrical, Life Safety, Security & Nurse Call systems Experience in performing audits and predictive maintenance on equipment Shifts: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday or as scheduled Start Date: ASAP You might not know our name, but you know where we are.
