This role requires effectively multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance (50%) Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork Resume conversion Input test results Application maintenance Database maintenance Arrange appointments with potential candidates requiring extensive phone time Candidate follow-up Provide assistance with reference checks Pre-screen and interview scheduling for Recruiters or Client Hiring Managers (20%) Coordinate recruiting team communications with the following: (15%) On-boarding process for candidates/employees Corporate updates Account updates Conference calls Team travel coordination Invoicing coordination (10%) Performs other related duties as assigned (5%) Qualifications Required Education - High school diploma or equivalent Required - 1+ years relevant administrative, human resource or recruitment process experience - Bilingual (French/English) - High volume experience (recruiting support) - Client facing experience - Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates - Experience recruiting/sourcing in manufacturing, logistics or warehousing industries Travel Possible Travel required Manpower Group is proud to be an equal opportunity affirmative action workplace.
