The position is primarily customer focused providing a high level of service to high end clients. Senior Receptionist 6 month FTC – Mayfair – £14 to £16 per hour My client, a prestigious property developer specialising in luxury apartments within the West End, are seeking a highly motivated and confident Senior Receptionist to join their close-knit team in Mayfair. The position is primarily customer focused providing a high level of service to high end clients. This is 6 month fixed term contract with a strong chance to get extended Duties: Perform your duties and provide concierge services, in the prescribed manner, as instructed by the Building Manager or Head of Hospitality. Inspect, on a daily basis, all internal areas of the private residential building and report any defects, security or health and safety concerns to the Building Manager. Set an example for other staff members by being courteous and helpful to all guests in addition to members of the public, and contractors. Manage the reservations inbox and booking enquiries Receive and keep safe registered mail and deliveries for residents. Deal with all telephone enquiries and log messages. Ensure the development is well managed, safe, clean and a secure environment in which to live and work. Enter all relevant comments/details in the development log. Ensure that all incidents or accidents are logged correctly. Fully conversant with all emergency procedures and understand the layout of the building and the operation of all equipment Ensure that all fire doors are kept closed & fire escapes and exits clear at all times.
