We have an excellent opportunity for a Stores person to join a leading manufacturer on a full-time to temporary permanent basis. This opportunity can offer genuine progression opportunities with structured training and development plans and with a growing order book, they can guarantee job stability. Location of the Store Person - Huddersfield The Stores Person duties would be as follows: Kitting parts and keeping the kits in order Picking and Packing of goods ready for dispatch Updating stock Booking goods in Organising all incoming and outgoing deliveries Working on the company computer system Line feeding General house keeping duties: sweeping up empty bins etc Key Attributes of the Stores Person role Experience in an engineering OR manufacturing, stock control or warehouse environment or stores. Knowledge of picking and allocation of parts. FLT Licences counterbalance and reach is an advantage, Computer literate with computer systems such as excel, MRP / ERP / Navision / SAP, Sage etc. desirable Able to work efficiently and effectively both as part of a team and independently.
