You’ll be supporting our amazing customers / take on administration tasks including developing your skills within risk management planning while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work. Typical shift as a Bank Support Coordinator Supporting customer to rebuild their lives one step at a time. Supporting customers who have left the criminal justice system (ex-offenders) There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from helping a customer register with a GP and access additional support through statutory and non-statutory groups, taking part in our weekly community meals, supporting customers develop budgeting skills, encouraging physical activity to supporting customers in emotional crisis. One shift you might be reviewing a customer’s risk management profile (Please don’t worry training and coaching is provided), the next you might be doing a community activity our customers love to cook so I can guarantee you will get to try some amazing cakes and savoury meals! You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers working in accommodation-based services, or possibly supporting our customers in the community to attend meetings and appointments.
