For more information on Geotech, visit our website at . Key Responsibilities: Full cycle Accounts Payable for 4+ companies within the Geotech Group of Companies. Processing invoices and matching them according to purchase requisitions. Coding invoices and entering them into accounting software. Following up with multiple departments and/or vendors to gather and obtain missing documentation or information. Providing ongoing support to the accounts payable lead and accounting team. Work with Microsoft software to manage data and information related to accounting functions. Provide administrative support to multiple departments including the ownership group. General filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies. Additional administrative tasks and special projects as required. Professional Experience / Qualifications: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Works well under pressure and performs well within tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills both verbal.
