They now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Construction Manager to join their team on a live project based in Nine Elms, London. The duration of this specific project is 18 months and the successful applicant would be required to start asap. Skills and Requirements: Black CSCS manager card SSSTS or SMSTSPrevious experience as a Construction or Project Manager Experience working with or dealing with a tier 1 company on major projects Strong experience within fit out Previous experience working on some of the following types of projects: swimming pools, hotels, spas Valid first aid General knowledge of IT MS Office, Powerproject or Asta programming Key communication skills necessary to maintain client relationships.
