Sales Manager – F&B - Up to £50,000 + Bonus The Role: This is an exciting position leading the central pre-booked F&B sales team which requires strong communication skills, leadership skills, efficient organizational skills, and a motivating driven mindset. The role is to develop, establish and maintain sales strategies, to meet the organizational objectives across all sites across the group through the effective management of the pre-booked F&B sales and customer relationship building activities. It will entail leading a team to manage a wide range of sales and events projects, interacting with venues, customers, organizations and recruiting potential new business. The position looks to capitalize on available opportunities within the local markets of the cities concerned whilst continuing to grow pre-booked sales and revenue. As well as managing a team in the UK the role will require support to EU teams with system functionalities, proactive sales driving, and measurable targets with an opportunity to progress and expand the role in future. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting and developing a central pre bookings team Setting the yearly objectives, strategy, and targets for the team Ensuring all incoming pre booked enquiries small and large for multiple venues Management and delegation of ticket sales Managing events and working with the team to manage their own events along with the organisers and venue managers to provide great experiences Hosting and supporting venues on large events Regular venue showcasing for clients Providing support to venues for booking system queries Providing support to venues to help with identifying key opportunities and ensuring these actions are delivered upon by the team Creating and delivering training sessions in regards to systems and proactive sales driving activity Creation and development of event packages for core calendar events as well as bespoke experiences Creation and monitoring of proactive sales tasks supporting.
