Deloitte is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to lead our Records and Information Management practice (RIM) in Vancouver. Candidates must have a strong understanding of industry related best practices and readily meet the required skillsets and objectives to manage the day-to-day operations of Deloitte’s Vancouver Records Office. Some of the key responsibilities will include: the safe and effective tracking/management of our records from creation to ultimate disposition via Deloitte’s approved System(s) of Record; ensuring and supporting compliance with Firm policy and ISO 27001 expectations; complex sorting and manipulation in Microsoft Excel; providing reports to National Records Management; working with vendors and reconciling invoices.
