In addition, Applied provides engineering, design and systems integration for industrial, fluid power, and flow control applications, as well as customized mechanical, fabricated rubber, fluid power, and flow control shop services. _ Main Functions: To receive and inspect orders in accordance with all Quality Management System requirements and industry standards. In conjuction with the role of shipping and receiving. Reports to: Q uality Manager Duties: Examine and measure contents and compare purchasing records to verify accuracy of incoming shipments. Confer and correspond with required personnel to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformances. Weekly calibration checks of equipment. Record shipment data as directed for reporting, accounting and record keeping purposes. Participate in all training sessions as required to ensure adherence to Quality Assurance policies. Maintain neat and clean work area. Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job duties. Working Conditions: Warehouse environment will require extended periods of standing. This position requires regular, reliable and punctual attendance. Attire is casual.
