We are hiring a Fleet Supervisor for our Cash Services Division in Vancouver, BC. What you’ll be doing Driver Logbook audits to be completed monthly as per fleet policy Review vehicle inspections and communication of issues to branches for repairs Open, update, and close purchase orders Perform audits on documentation such as; driver logbooks, maintenance files, and vehicle inspections Review and book preventative maintenance based on availability of trucks and mileage to expiry Ensure compliance with BC Transportation regulations for the Vancouver branch Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with the approved budget Establish various tools to improve cost management Reporting directly to the Branch Manager Perform all other related duties What we offer Dynamic work environment in an extraordinary field Competitive salary and benefits The chance to work for an international company offering many long-term career opportunities What we are looking for A successful candidate would either have or need to be trained in BC Transportation regulations Strong teamwork and partnership orientation Sense of urgency, outstanding communication, and problem-solving skills Strong critical thinking and active listening skills Must have 3-5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing issues on vehicles Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Must possess a valid driver's licence with an acceptable driving record Be driven by customer and personal service Interested in the job?
