Head of Revenue Salary up to £60,000 plus 20 negotiable Things to know: Small Luxury Boutique Group of Hotels Hybrid role with occasional travels between the Hotels What you will be doing as Head of Revenue Salary up to £60,000 plus 20 negotiable Things to know: Small Luxury Boutique Group of Hotels Hybrid role with occasional travels between the Hotels What you will be doing as a Head of Revenue: Reporting to the Director of Operation Plan, manage, and oversee a portfolio of properties. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting. Setting prices to maximise the property's profitability and meet its strategic goals. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends. Responsible for backssing, analysing, and pricing group business strategies. Work in liaison with the hotel sales and marketing department to identify marketing opportunities. You will be a great fit if you have: A minimum of three years’ experience in a Revenue management role Experience of working with third-party agents. Strong affinity to handle data and analyse large amounts of information. Commercial-minded personality that easily identified opportunities to grow. Ability to work under own initiative in a highly pressured environment. Good listening skills and the ability to anticipate business needs.
