Head Chef – Events Up to £50,000London An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join the UK’s leading sustainable and luxury event catering company in London. As Head Chef you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team along with creating menus and delivery high-end food to outstanding events. Main Dutie Create bespoke menus for small and large events including canapes, dinners, buffet etc. Oversee the retail and main kitchen Create a positive and enthusiastic environment for the team Ordering of stock Monthly stock takes Create specs for all menus created Allocate jobs to chefs to ensure all areas of the kitchen are covered Conduct spot checks of food quality and kitchen cleanliness to ensure the 5 standard.
