This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.This position maintains proper accounting records by accurately and efficiently computing, classifying, preparing, recording and verifying financial data. Job Responsibilities: Verify documents and post deals Verify and cut checks for all trade payoffs Bill and process Dealer Trades as needed Performs other duties as assigned Wholesale Titles Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Run, review, balance and interpret reports daily and at month end Reconcile report discrepancies and research problems Input and reconcile general ledger account as assigned by Office Manager/ Controller Job Requirements: · Automotive Billing experience preferred but not required· High school diploma or equivalent required · Experience with CDK preferred but not required. · Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations.
