SUMMARY Hill Nissan is looking for experienced Service Advisors to join our Service Team. Service Advisors/Automotive Service Consultants interpret customers needs for the mechanics. What we offer: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Accidental Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Gym Membership Employee purchase programResponsibilities Greets customers promptly Obtains customer and vehicle information Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determines and recommends needed maintenance base on age, mileage, and vehicle history Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establishes follow-up time Monitors the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently Verifies that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order Explains all completed work and charges to customers Schedule service appointments Test drive vehicles with customers to identify concerns Communicate with customer when additional service work is recommended Follow up with customers 24 Hrs. after service visit Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role Knowledge of automobiles Positive attitude High volume mentality KPI focused Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred Valid drivers license We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug Free Workplace
