You’ll support all sales activity across our Persona Homes development Trinity Park in Esinteraction, ensuring that every contact is maximised, with no sales opportunities missed. You’ll be selling our shared ownership homes from 2-4 bedroom semi detached and detached homes with lots of variety on house styles and sites. Located on the outskirts of Holland-on-Sea, with rural views, you'll sell our beautiful homes at Trinity Park which offer a peaceful retreat to modern-day life. If you fancy working alongside our brilliant team then join us. Typical day as a Sales Executive Providing outstanding customer service sales assistance, building strong relationships with potential customers and being our expert on our developments, house types and features. Carrying out viewings, securing reservations and progress sales. You will be with our customers every step of the way, working hard on their behalf to help their dream home become a reality. You’ll help us to ensure quality standards are always adhered to, including checks on unsold houses and customer completion demonstrations. Selling all houses on our developments ahead of planned timescales with customers recommending us to family and friends. We anticipate about 36 exchanges and completions per annum.
