As they continue to grow, so does their team They are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join the team for their new opening early 2024If you are a skilled culinary professional with a passion for leading a team in the kitchen, we want to hear from you Kitchen Manager Duties: Alongside the Executive Kitchen Manager lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth back of house operations and high culinary standards Maintain current knowledge of best practices in training and development within the industry to ensure compliance Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and safety Coordinate with the front of house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests Develop and implement standard operating procedures for food preparation, storage, and safety Manage inventory and order supplies as required Kitchen Manager Requirements: At least 2 years of Kitchen Management experience at a high-volume restaurant Experience with financial duties including inventory and labour costs Invested in training and developing team members Ability to lead and inspire a team A creative and innovative individual with great communication skills Must be able to travel to California for training approximately 3 months Interested If you are interested in this opportunity or you’d like to hear more, please send your resume to xyz X@.
