As they continue to grow, so does their team We are assisting them in their search of a hands-on Restaurant Manager for their new opening in early 2024Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager: Supporting the General Manager and Assistant General Manager with daily restaurant activities Managing the front of house team Collaborating with front and back of house team Establishing and maintaining team spirit Upholding service standards Training and supporting staff Maintaining brand standards Ensuring guests are having the ultimate dining experience Restaurant Manager Qualities:2+ years of restaurant manager experience, preferably from a high-volume restaurant Passionate about hospitality and creating incredible guest experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Ability to work a flexible work schedule Strong team leader with excellent communication and organizational skills Must be able to travel to California for training approximately 3 months Please send your resume to Ashley today Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted, and you must already have the right to work in the USA.
