We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Nurse in Benfleet and Leigh-on-sea. This is a dual-role position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting both the administrative and clinical aspects of our dental practice. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering excellent patient care. Part-Time or Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, maintaining a high standard of infection control. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for dental procedures. Ensure patients are comfortable and at ease during treatments. Take and process dental radiographs as required. Provide chairside support to the dentist in all aspects of clinical procedures. Administrative Duties: Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations, and reminders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our practice management system. Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Process payments and assist with financial transactions. Contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice through effective administrative support. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Foster a positive and professional working environment. Qualifications and Skills: Registered Dental Nurse qualification. GDC registration. Previous experience in a dental nursing role.
